Founded in Ålgård, Norway, Freshvitalcharge emerged from a simple observation: most training programs assume time that people do not have. We set out to create a system that works within existing routines rather than demanding new ones.

The Problem

Rigid programs fail when life intervenes. A missed session becomes a missed week, then abandonment. The issue is structural, not motivational.

Our Response

Micro-training blocks of eight to fifteen minutes, placed in natural schedule gaps, with plans that adapt when circumstances change.
