Return Policy
This Return Policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for products and services purchased from Freshvitalcharge.
Digital Services
Our micro-training plans are delivered digitally. Because access to digital content begins immediately upon purchase, certain restrictions apply to refunds as described below.
Starter Block (Four-Week Plan)
If you are unsatisfied with the Starter Block within the first 7 days of purchase and have accessed fewer than 3 training sessions, you may request a full refund. Contact us with your order details to initiate the process.
Monthly Subscriptions (Adaptive Core)
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days within an active billing cycle.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your plan for more than 72 consecutive hours, contact us for a prorated credit or extension.
Annual Access
Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have accessed fewer than 5 training sessions. After this period, refunds are calculated on a prorated basis for unused full months, minus a 15% administrative fee.
How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund:
- Email help@freshvitalcharge.world with your account email and order reference
- Include the reason for your request
- Allow up to 10 business days for review and processing
Refund Method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5 to 14 business days to appear on your statement.
Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)
Under the Norwegian Right of Cancellation Act and EU consumer protection rules, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content, this right may be waived if you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of withdrawal rights at the time of purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available when:
- The subscription period has fully elapsed
- Account termination results from violation of our Terms of Use
- A refund request is submitted outside the applicable timeframes
